Have shown the trailer now to 6 people this go round... All 6 say....we want it....we will get back with you tomorrow..... Have the money.... Waiting...Waiting...Waiting.....nothing.
I contact all...3 to 4 days later. Don't want it. All would be good fits...you tell them how much up front...when they come look...you tell them again before they leave and it's also in the ad .......how much ...they say they got it...NOT.... sorry...no money!!!
This is getting old....very old. Either people don't have money....or their credit / background is HORRID!!!
No joking.....some this go round....99% has over 25 pages of bad debts....and they are current!!! 2017!!! Almost all from landlords...wanting their rent money...or destruction of property. I can over look somethings...don't have a problem there...but some things you just can't overlook. Have 2 boys coming Sunday....don't think they will work either. Thinking they are wanting a party pad...not gonna happen. I would be the gun toting guest of honor...if they do...
If people had to fix...and have lost as much as I have on..... hot checks on rent...destruction of property that had to be fixed...also live like pigs....they would understand and see where I am coming from....Reason I have been very picky who will live in it.
And I don't want a ton of kids hooping and hollering...running up my nuts or the neighbors nuts...
Dogs.....have had 3 people with that... added to the fact they were aweful renters....oh lord!!!
Come to the decision....going to the bank....borrowing money to get Devans wedding dress paid for....just let the trailer ride.. till a good fit stumbles upon me. Keep eyes peeled ...maybe one of these days...someone will show up.
Going to drain every pipe...anything to do with water...coming or going out of the trailer...dump some r.v. antifreeze down all the pipes...shut the heat off...can't afford water and electric on 2 homes to prevent pipes from freezing. The bills on both will be here soon...don't want to pay another month. It can set empty. What I am saving on water and electric by by keeping everything on in it...will pay my bank loan I had to get on fixing it from crappy renters and hot checks I had to cover....Should almost make my payment. Oh so done with people...who can't read...or are a smartass because you wont rent to them...you can see problems that will arise...red flag waving like crazy!!! Have had enough of those....that's for Damn sure.
Just lock the trailer up....forget about it....maybe one day someone will appear.
If not...turning it back into storage.
Thought about furnishing it...buying stuff to put in it...rent it out to people that are visiting Fulton for various thinngs.....like kids going to college...funerals....nuclear plant shut an tenants....only thing they will have to bring is clothes and food....its way better than a hotel. And will be much cheaper. Made a list last night while I was up late.....of all items needed....looking at around $3000 ....to do that. Beds...dressers.....living room furniture...kitchen furniture...washer dryer...furnishings for each room....misc stuff.....towels...cleaners...pots and pans...dishes.....misc....everything a person would need but clothes and food. I can keep an eye out on big ticket items....try to find nice stuff but cheap....Can buy little stuff at dollar tree.....try that route...if I can't find a good renter. short wedding guest gown
Leroy is headed to town...pay bills....I have been dreading looking at the creek....need to see how bad my low water crossing is ...see what the damage is. We need wood....just about out. See if I cant cross the creek this weekend. If not..look for a plan B.
